Pickleball Clinic

Tumbling

When:

Tuesdays & Thursdays September 14th, 16th, 21st, 23rd, 28th, 30th, Oct. 5th, 7th

Time:

Tiny Tots 5:15-6:15pm

Beginning Tumbline 6:15pm-7:15pm

Intermediate Tumbling 7:15pm-8:15pm

Age: Tiny Tots 2-4 year olds, Beginning and Intermediate Tumbling 5-12 year olds

Notes:

Tiny Tots: Designed especially for little ones, very basic skills will be taught. Parents myst stay for all classes.

Beginning Tumbling: Skills taught forward/backward rolls, handstands, backbends and cartwheels

Intermediate Tumbling: Must be able to perform a cartwheel and backbend to enter this class. Skills taught: round offs, walkovers and handsprings

50-in-50 Challenge

50 miles in 50 days is a virtual at home challenge that can be completed from the location of your choice. Complete the chanllenge with yourself, your friends, or your family.

Not a runner? That's okay! You can walk, run, jog, or follow a workout program of your choice. Workout program minutes are calculted in 15-minute increments.

Workout program calculations look like the following:

15 minuntes = .75 miles - 30 minutes = 1.5 miles - 45 minutes = 2.25 miles - 60 minutes = 5 miles.

Challenge Dates: August 23 - October 11, 2021
